Feature and Follow Friday

Feature and Follow Friday is an awesome blog-hop hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read

This week's features are @ Addicted To Heroines and @ Tribute Books Mama this week's question is:

Summer Break is upon us! What would be the perfect vacation spot for you to catch up on your reading & relax?

Hmm, I don't think I've found the perfect spot yet.  With three kids, our vacations tend to be of the busy kind. You know what I mean, right?  Going to amusement parks leaves me exhausted and there is no time for reading.

However, this summer A, B, and C are going to visit our families in Puerto Rico, which means hubby and will have quite some time to be by ourselves (we are celebrating our 20th anniversary in July!), I fully plan to find a perfect reading vacation spot :)

What is your favorite relaxing vacation?

Waiting on Wednesday: The Blessed by Tonya Hurley (The Blessed #1)(

Waiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine
in which we have the opportunity to let others know about books that we are eagerly waiting for.

Title: The Blessed by Tonya Hurley
Published by: Simon & Schuster
Release date: September 25th, 2012

Brooklyn teens Lucy, Cecelia and Agnes find themselves in the emergency room at Perpetual Help Hospital at the lowest point in their lives. Lucy, the superficial party girl; Cecelia, a drop out rock chick; and Agnes, a hopeless romantic. All rebels running from their lives and themselves, plagued by broken hearts and broken dreams. Enter Sebastian. Mysterious, compelling, seductive. He seems to bring each of them what they long for...

But in the battle for his heart, will they lose their souls?
Why I want to read it:  This book sounds mysterious, and Sebastian seems like a really bad boy.  I bet there is more to it than that.  I have to confess that what I find the cover fascinating.  The girl is crying, with swollen eyes that look both beautiful and haunted at the same time.  There is a rosary hanging from her neck and a chain on her shoulder.  The title looks like a burst of light…  I just love it!
