2013 Finish the Series Personal Challenge

At the end of each year many of us are looking for bookish challenges to join.  I have to confess at being terrible on keeping track of them, but this year I am creating my personal challenge.

Note: I haven’t seen this feature anywhere, but if someone else already had this idea, I apologize and if you email me I will give you full credit!

I have started several series and falling shamelessly behind in a lot of them.  In most instances I even have the books that follow, but I have so much going on that I haven’t been able to get caught up.  In order to force myself to do so, I am creating this challenge.   My rules are simple: these are series that for which all books are published or will be published in 2013.  This is what I plan to read in 2013:

This is even worst that I imagined (*hangs head in shame*)

In you would like to join me in this challenge, please let me know and we can think of fun things to do together to help us through it.  Just leave a comment with your email and I’ll keep in touch!

2012 Challenges

Last year I only participated in one challenge and I did well. This year I’ve selected four challenges to participate.  Please click on the link to sign up and for more information.

2012 eBook Challenge hosted by Workday Reads - I am aiming for the DVD category for which I have to read 25 eBooks.  This shouldn’t be a problem as I have over 100 in my Kindle!

2012 Debut Author Challenge hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren - Only a minimum of 12 debut books from January 1st, 2012 to January 31, 2013.

2012 TBR Pile Reading Challenge hosted by Eview at Bookish - I am starting with a Firm Handshake, 1-10 books from my TBR Pile.  This is what I plan to read.
  • White Cat by Holly Black
  • What Happened to Goodbye by Sarah Dessen
  • The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin
  • Bloodlines by Richelle Mead
  • Outside In by Maria Snyder
  • Nevermore by Kelly Creagh
  • Isle of Night by Veronica Wolff
  • Where She Went by Gayle Forman
  • Supernaturally by Kristen White
  • Jane by April Linder

2012 Support Your Local Library Challenge hosted by The Eclectic Bookshelf -  I should have no problem with this challenge since I get a LOT of books from my local library.  I am commiting to Level 2, to read at least 24 library books.

How about you?  Any new challenges for next year?
