This week's Top Ten Tuesday is about books I want to re-read. I take this to mean books that I've read only once. Sadly, since I became a blogger AND worst, since I started school, I haven't been able to re-read any books (although I usually go back and read my favorite parts of a book right after I finish it!)
1. The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa – I read the fourth and final book of the Iron Fey series thanks to NetGalley and I would gladly read it over and over again.
2. Divergent by Veronica Roth - One of my favorite books so far this year.
3. Persuasion by Jane Austen – Persuasion is my second favorite Austen book (the first is Pride and Prejudice, but I’ve re-read it!) and I would love to read it again.
4. Graceling by Kristin Cashore – I really enjoyed this book, and Fire, as spinoff of the same “universe”.
5. Leaving Paradise and Return to Paradise by Simone Elkeles – LOVE these books!
6. Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles – See the pattern? I loved this moderned “West Side Story”
7. Die for Me by Amy Plum – Another great read this year, it reminds me a little of Twilight.
8. The Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling - I’ve read the last book three times, but never had a chance to re-read the rest of the series.
9. Dash & Lily’s Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Leviathan – One of the funniest books I have ever read!
10. Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson – A great book, I loved the playlists, pictures, receipts and the story.
Oh I forgot about Graceling - loved that book.
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by from top ten tues.

Loved, loved, loooved The Iron Knight! I cannot wait to get an actual copy on my bookshelf.
ReplyDeleteI just picked up Divergent yesterday, so I'm looking forward to reading that.
Dash and Lily's Book of Dares, I'll have to look into that :)
Happy Tuesday,
~ Shanella
Great choices!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I LOVED The Iron Knight too! It was so amazing and breathtaking and it made me love Ash a million times more! Actually, I would love to re-read all of Julie Kagawa's books because each and every one of them is like a fairy tale (no pun intended). :)
ReplyDeleteDivergent was also awesome, and I still have to read Perfect Chemistry. I have it sitting beside me right now!
Awesome Top Ten, Liza!
