Feature and Follow Friday

This week's features are Pretty in Fiction and Butterfly-O-Meter Books and the questions is:

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done to get your hands on any particular book?

I guess it would be to drive 1 1/2 hours to Virginia to purchased Forever by Maggie Stiefvater and then waited there for a few hours to get it signed.  I am not complaining, it was my second book signing and it was a great experience.  Maggie spoke to us (she is really funny!) and we had live music and a raffle too.

    How cool is that! I'm so jealous! Living in Germany, it's a little hard to get to author signings, especially because I live someplace between Nowhereville and Whattheheckistan. *sigh*

    That's so exciting! No one ever comes here for a book signing. I'd probably have to drive for 5+ hours to get to a city for something like that...someday!
